I understand that if I am selected as one of the recipients of the Mar Meelis Scholarship at St Hurmizd Assyrian Primary School, the scholarship is conditional on the following:

  1. A scholarship holder will endeavour to maintain a high level of academic achievement.
  2. In all areas of school life, a scholarship holder must be a positive role model and fully support the ethos and values of the school.
  3. A scholarship holder’s performance will be reviewed annually in terms of their all-round performance in both academic and co-curricular studies.
  4. If you are successful your scholarship can cover tuition fees to the value of 50% or 100%. The decision will be made by the Scholarship Committee.
  5. I am currently not enrolled at St Hurmizd Assyrian Primary School.

Note: Should you leave St Hurmizd the scholarship will no longer be valid at another school. Scholarship recipients will be subject to annual review of their academic achievements and extra-curricular involvements.
